Pandanus Sunset
Pandanus Sunset
Breathing new life into captured memories. This image was taken at the headland of a tiny town called ‘1770’. A subtropical, coastal town in Queensland named after the year Captain Cook discovered it. It is the only town in Australia with numerical digits for a name and is located on the door step of the stunning Great Barrier Reef. Our few years living here with my family was utterly magic.
This is a creative edit of my original photo. Bringing the past into the present and re-structuring it’s elements to give it a new artistic life full of texture, layers and mood.
FINE ART PRINTS
All images are printed on museum grade Fine Art Giclee photographic paper (Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Smooth 308gsm) using archival pigment ink.
A water-colour like paper, very matte with a 100% cotton finish, smooth, no sheen and a wonderful depth of colour.
